The data for the rate table that allows for the automated online quotation of our IP-Easy Calculator tool is owned by Bufete Mejía & Asociados and has been collected through our network of partners, accountants, directors, and administrators over the years.

The data used to train our AI (language model) M.A.R.I.A. (MEJIA ARTICIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSISTANT) is primarily based on laws, agreements, treaties, and publicly available information about applicable legislation. We have not used, without permission, any writings, essays, books, or opinions that may be subject to copyright. The majority of the data is owned by Bufete Mejía & Asociados and has been collected over time.

Interaction and Information Request

Bufete Mejía & Asociados, the ADMINISTRATORS, and the SUPPORT UNIT of maria.hn or any platform used to interact with IP-Easy Calculator and M.A.R.I.A. (MEJIA ARTICIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSISTANT), such as Telegram and WhatsApp, will only request your name and email address for control, review, and tracking purposes of your interaction with the calculating tool and language model. We do not require these data for access to maria.hn, but only when you decide to interact with the language model (AI) or request access to use IP-Easy Calculator. We do not share your information with any third parties outside of Bufete Mejía & Asociados, the ADMINISTRATORS, and the SUPPORT/DEVELOPMENT UNIT of the language model (AI) M.A.R.I.A. (MEJIA ARTICIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSISTANT), nor with our affiliated and wholly-owned companies AMIGO TRANSLATIONS (LEGAL TRANSLATIONS COMPANY) and MEJIA INITIATIVE FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (MI IP).
